Conveyor Frames

A Picking Set Impact (Inline) is used on the load side of the conveyor belt where a shock load is apparent and a transition is required in belt-form between the flat and trough along a section of the conveyor belt.

This style of frame can be also used consistently along the belt to form a predominately flat belt layout along the conveyor frame with only a small trough formed on the very edges of the belt width to prevent loss of product from the belt. As an inline frame structure, the picking set can be used in a multi-directional belt layout.

A Training  Return Assembly is used on the return belt side of the conveyor which are bolted as a complete structure to the underside of the conveyor frame.

The unit incorporates a flat belt roller to suit the conveyor belt width that is mounted on a roller bearing swivel base that allows only the inner roller assembly in the frame, to track either way from a nominal central position in a horizontal plane. This swivel feature assists with guiding and supporting the belt across the full width of the return roller.

A Transition Frame Steel (Offset) assembly is used on conveyor systems were an adjustable angle shape is required in the belt, while operating under an uniform load configuration.

A Transition Frame Impact (Offset) assembly is used on conveyor systems were an adjustable angle shape is required in the belt, while operating under an impact load configuration.

 A Steel Trough Set (Offset) assembly is used on a conveyor system were a uniform trough shape is required in the belt form on the load side of the conveyor system.

Retractable Trough Frames are used where a customer needs to remove a complete trough frame assembly from their conveyor structure without the requirement of having to remove the belt or break the belt to extract the frame.

Trough Frames as a separate item can be supplied individually without rollers if required by our customers.

The frames are a solid steel fabricated construction and can be built in a range of sizes and material thicknesses to support a customer's specific belt load requirements. The trough frames can be supplied in either an Inline or offset configuration with the angle of the two wing rollers set to the customers’ requirements to suit their belt width. The trough frame mounting bolt hole centres can be configured to match a customer's existing conveyor structure. 

A Steel Trough Set (Inline) assembly is used on a conveyor system where a uniform trough shape is required in the belt-form on the load side of the conveyor system.

The inline configuration of the rollers on the frame allows for a multi-direction operation of the belt on the conveyor system. The overall width of the trough frame can be constructed in a range of roller angles to suit all belt widths and the corresponding frame mounting bolt hole centres required, matched to a customer's existing conveyor structure.

A Steel Trough Set (Offset) assembly is used on a conveyor system were a uniform trough shape is required in the belt form on the load side of the conveyor system.

Vee Return assembly are used on a conveyor systems where a vee shape is required in the belt form on the return side of the conveyor system.

The structure of the steel frame can be built to any vee angle required by the customer. The overall width of the vee frame can be constructed to suit all belt widths and the corresponding mounting bolt hole centres required, matched to suit a customer's existing conveyor frame.
