Transition Frame Steel Offset
Transition Frame Steel Offset
A Transition Frame Steel (Offset) assembly is used on conveyor systems were an adjustable angle shape is required in the belt, while operating under an uniform load configuration.
The offset configuration on the rollers on the frame allows for a single direction operation of the belt on the conveyor system. The overall width and mounting bolt hole centres of the transition frame can be constructed to support all belt width sizes and incorporates a range of placement roller angle holes, at identified angle increments that when selected has the wing rollers securely bolted in position to achieve the selected trough angle and belt form configuration.
The roller configuration on the frame can be supplied as an option in either steel or rubber disc and matched as a triple set in their overall length to suit the frame back to back roller mounting features. The offset centre distance between the centre roller and the two wing rollers can also be supplied as a standard or as a special to suit a customer’s specific conveyor requirements. The rollers if required as a complete assembly can be supplied from a range of industry standard diameters, with the centre roller positioned on the frame to suit the customer's conveyor belt roll back height requirement.
Transition frames can be supplied in either a painted or hot dipped galvanised finish.
